C & M Smith Restaurants, Inc. is an organization designed to operate and manage Yum Brand restaurants. It currently owns and operates a total of twenty-four stores, with twenty-three Taco Bell restaurants and one Multi-Brand with Taco Bell and KFC restaurant. It's principal owner is Clinton Smith Sr. who became a Taco Bell franchisee in 1988. The company culture is based on a desire to develop and promote people internally. We believe in strong community involvement and feel that it is a vital part of any business. C & M Smith Restaurants, Inc. is actively involved in each community where we operate our restaurants.
