Team Member: Works a variety of positions in the restaurant putting a YUM on customer's faces.
Area Coach: Leads and manages the entire store and its employees. Reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Restaurant General Manager (RGM): Leads and manages the entire team. Recruits quality people and inspires them to deliver consistently satisfying experiences. Focuses on cost-efficiency and maintaining a great working environment.
Assistant Manager (AM): Assists the RGM in performing general management duties. Assists with training and running day-to-day restaurant operations.
Shift Lead: Supervises and coaches the activities of team members on a shift. Assists with training and running efficient shifts.
Manager-In-Charge (MIC): A manager who is physically present in the restaurant and leads the restaurant team in delivering C.H.A.M.P.S. to every guest.
Team Trainer: Assists the management by teaching job skills to new and existing team members.
